We strive to provide fast delivery. Goods ordered will be delivered to customer’s address provided upon confirmation & acceptance by NuERA Brands Pte Ltd. 

Customer will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number(s). Customer can also check the status of the package and the estimated delivery date online by using the tracking number with the respective carrier service
  • We support international delivery, fast delivery with safe protection for all of our valuable artwork.
  • We care for all our of packages and strive to deliver 3-5 working days in Singapore, 12-21 days outside Singapore

Payment Processing

NuERA Brands Pte Ltd. accepts VISA & MASTERCARD payments. NuERA Brands Pte Ltd. ensures accuracy in our billings as all our transactions are automatically processed. If you prefer cash on payment, please come to our store directly during our opening hours.

Cancellation of Orders

NuERA Brands Pte Ltd. will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods. Not subject to shipping fees coverage. 

For deliveries outside of Singapore:

  • Customer shall be responsible for all shipping, insurance, handling, delivery, storage and installation charges (if applicable) and upon NuERA Brands Pte Ltd.‘s payment of such charges (as the case may be), they will be added to the final invoice. Customer shall be responsible for any custom fees or any additional delivery charges resulting from customs review.
  • NuERA Brands Pte Ltd. shall not be liable for any losses or damage of any kind to the artwork(s) resulting from or in connection with any delay in shipment or delivery of the artwork(s).
  • Customer shall inspect the artwork(s) at the point of arrival and report any damage that occurred during transit to the insurance company immediately.

For deliveries within Singapore:

  • Customer shall be responsible for the charges for delivery, handling and installation of the goods.
